Portraits
I offer two tiers of commission portraits: Adventurer and Legend. Adventurer is less detailed, will take me less time to complete, and is less expensive. Legend portraits take longer to complete and cost more, but are noticeably more detailed, and more customizable to your unique character vision. Some more detailed character designs can only be completed at the Legend tier.I offer discounted group party commissions, though I cannot render all party members together in one piece due to the limitations of my medium. Party commissions may mix and match Adventurer and Legend tiers. Discounts are on a case-by-case basis and depend on the size of the party.Portraits come with your choice of an ombre or flat grey background, and with or without a base. There is no additional charge for a background or base.

Prices might vary slightly depending on the complexity of the portrait you have in mind, but I will always provide a quote before proceeding with the commission.If the client asks for changes or details that were not accounted for in the original quote, they will be charged extra fees, the quantity of which will depend on the additional work required. Please always read my Terms of Service before commissioning me.

"Printables"

Due to the limitations of miniature printing, I offer 1 tier of custom modeled printable minis at $50.If you wish to order a printable miniature, know that you are paying me for the modeling, not for a physical mini. Upon completion, I will send you a link to the design. You must must purchase and print the .STL file yourself. I highly recommend looking into your local public library, as small scale 3D printers are becoming more commonplace.Again, you are NOT paying for a physical miniature, but the modeling services to create a design that you can then purchase the .STL file for from Hero Forge® and print yourself.

TERMS OF SERVICE
- I reserve the right to decline any commission up front for any reason.
- Commissioned work may not be used for commercial purposes unless negotiated up front. Work negotiated to be used for commercial purposes will be charged at a higher amount.
- I will not accept exposure as payment.
- If there are deadlines, the commissioner must tell me them up front. A portrait usually will take about three weeks to complete if the commissioner is prompt with feedback.
- By commissioning me, you accept the appearance of the commissioned piece(s) on my social media with proper crediting to you. If you wish otherwise, let me know up front.
- I will send WIP images at each stage of my process. If anything is not to your liking, let me know and I will gladly make adjustments. This process is about your vision--I need and want your feedback in order to realize it. If something is bothering you, let me know ASAP.
- While the initial 'sketch' will be low detail compared to the final version, large requested changes MUST be mentioned during the sketch stage. If drastic changes are needed at a later stage, I reserve the right to increase the total price.
- My art may not be used for AI training, nor for any AI related work.
- ALL OF MY PORTRAIT WORK IS DIGITAL. If you commission a portrait, you will receive a digital .PNG file of the art upon final payment. No exceptions.
- You will receive the portrait in a square format as a high res PNG.
- Most of my tiered digital portraits cannot be properly printed through HeroForge. For this reason and to prevent art theft, I will not share the HeroForge link to the completed portrait. If you would like to commission a printable file, please inquire separately.
- If you commission a printable file, you will receive an .STL FILE as your finished product. YOU MUST PRINT THE MINI YOURSELF. I handle the modeling, not the printing. No exceptions.
- 50% of the quoted cost must be paid up front. I will send the final portrait after receiving the remaining 50%.
- If unforeseen circumstances bar me from completing your piece, I will let you know immediately and refund you fully. Otherwise, refunds will only be made if a commission has not been started.
- Payment must be made through PayPal in USD. Title the payment the name of commissioned character.
